UEFA President Alexander Cheferin noted that when organizing the Champions League final in Kyiv, there was not a single mistake. He said this during the meeting with the mayor of Kyiv Vitali Klitschko. "I would like to thank Kyiv and Mayor Vitali Klitschko for the excellent organization of the final matches of the Champions League. Do not forget that it was the biggest sport event of a world level that is not easy to organize, and yesterday and the previous days there were not a single mistake," - Cheferin said the day after the match. He also added that if the city was able to host such a big event as the Champions League final, he could organize any event.
Mayor of Kyiv Vitali Klitschko expressed the opinion that "everything was done very well." "Yes, we were worried because there were no such events in Kyiv, Ukraine before, but we did our best, we prepared for the match carefully and we coped," he said, thanking the law enforcers for their professional work.
Yes, the security system has completely coped with its task. The limits of security system began from the borders and passed through fortifications on the front line in the zone of demarcation with hostile forces in the Donbas.
