«TopGuard» at Euro 2012 — Security That Made History

Euro 2012 was a landmark event not only for the football world but for all of Ukraine. For the first time in history, our country co-hosted the UEFA European Football Championship alongside Poland. It was a unique moment when millions of eyes from around the world were focused on Ukraine — a country that revealed itself to the world through sports, hospitality, culture, and high organizational standards.

Five Ukrainian cities became the stage for an international event that united fans, athletes, journalists, and political leaders. More than 1.4 million spectators in the stands, millions of TV viewers around the world, and tens of thousands of guests from abroad. The final — held in the heart of the country at the legendary NSC "Olimpiyskiy" in Kyiv. Euro 2012 was more than just a football tournament — it became a symbol of a new, open Ukraine.

At this historic moment, "TopGuard" had the honor of being part of this grand event. We were not just providing security — we were responsible for calm, stability, and order where every minute mattered. Our team operated at key locations — hotels, stadiums, press centers, and official zones where delegations, VIP guests, players, officials, international journalists, and UEFA representatives were present.

More than 1,000 professional security officers from "TopGuard" worked in unison with the Police, the Security Service of Ukraine, and international agencies, demonstrating coordination, responsiveness, and absolute reliability. We worked without room for error, fully aware of the responsibility we bore before the country and the world.

UEFA officially recognized Euro 2012 as one of the best-organized tournaments in history. For us, this was more than just a rating — it was a point of pride and proof that our security standards meet the highest international levels.

This was a tournament that changed perceptions of Ukraine. And we are proud to have been among those who made it possible.
