Cost of the Residential Alarm Monitoring
Residential alarm monitoring price in Kyiv (connection to the central monitorin system) depends on the type of the object. Please check the tables below to find the price for residential alarm monitoring services.
Residential intrusion alarm monitoring works on the principle of GSM signal transmission (wireless). You don't necessarily need the available telephone line to set the system and get it work.
In case of turning on the residential alarm, the controller immediately sends Rapid Response Team to the object and contacts the owner (representative) of the object.
When alarm is triggered and a rapid response team arrives at the facility, and the owner is not there, the team assesses the situation and if there is no sign of forced entry, investigators are waiting for the owner of the facility for 2 hours after the alarm. The cost of a false call the first few times is not paid.
The next calls are charged according to the tariffs of your contract.
The amount of liability depends on the annual volume of services. Formula of calculation:
The amount of liability = monthly payment * 12 (months) .
The minimum one-time cost for residential alarm installation = 6,5 thousand UAH .
The amount includes the cost of equipment (PEP + keypad, motion sensor, door sensor, charged sim-card package) and installation.
Objects that are already equipped with a security alarm get a free connection to the TopGuard monitoring room. At the time convenient to you, we will send to you the expert to verify the operational status of equipment and the possibility of its connection to our central alarm room. If the equipment is serviceable, connection to the console is possible, you do not need to install additional sensors and security systems, we will connect you the same day.
