SALT INNOVATION CONFERENCE is an annual event that brings together restaurateurs, entrepreneurs, and innovators shaping a new model of the restaurant business in Ukraine. In 2025, the conference, held under the slogan “Point of Support” , gathered more than 1,400 participants — owners and executives of restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels, and HoReCa companies from across the country.
