TopGuard and Eurovision-2017 Security
Kyiv was once again chosen as the host city of the Eurovision Song Contest. As in 2005, the TopGuard team was involved in ensuring the safety of fans of this spectacular music show.
According to official information, more than 10,000 police officers and National Guard servicemen were deployed to ensure security. The professional security company TopGuard was engaged to provide security at Eurovision guest locations at Poshtova Square, Khreshchatyk Street, and Kontraktova Square.
Our team expresses its gratitude to the performers, contest participants, the Mayor of Kyiv Vitalii Klychko, the police, and the National Guard for productive cooperation and mutual understanding. We are also pleased that the organizers and clients once again highly appreciated the professional level of our security personnel and recognized TopGuard as a European-level security company.
It is gratifying to acknowledge that, despite the difficult times for Ukraine, Eurovision 2017 took place. It was held brightly and safely, thanks in particular to the TopGuard team.
