"TopGuard Security" at the first international forum "Regulation of Arms Circulation in Ukraine: New Challenges and Prospects for Resolution".

At the invitation of the Ukrainian arms community, "TopGuard Security" participated in the first international forum "Regulation of Arms Circulation in Ukraine: New Challenges and Prospects for Resolution". This event brought together leading professionals from all arms sectors of Ukraine - manufacturers and importers of weapons, members of the Ukrainian parliament, defense unions, representatives of expert institutions.

Forum Topics:
1. Main directions of normative-legal regulation of state policy in the field of arms circulation in conditions of martial law regime and exacerbation of socio-political conflicts;
2. Permit system of Ukraine in conditions of martial law regime: challenges, risks, and threats;
3. Unregistered (trophy, "found") weapons: volumes, threats, normative-legal ways to solve the problem;
4. Normative-legal regulation of the order of carrying, using, and storing service, award, sports, traumatic, and hunting weapons;
5. Legislative-normative regulation and provision of weapons and ammunition production in conditions of martial law regime;
6. Features of creation and functioning of objects related to arms circulation in Ukraine (operation of arms stores, shooting ranges, shooting ranges and shooting complexes);
7. Directions for the development of legal support for the purchase, sale, and storage of collectible firearms;
8. Features of forming state information policy in the field of arms circulation in Ukraine in conditions of martial law regime;
