This year, the “SALT Restaurant Innovation Conference” became a platform where leading Ukrainian and international restaurateurs, investors, technology experts, and gastronomy enthusiasts gathered to look at the future of the restaurant business through the lens of innovation and global trends. The theme of the conference was “A View from the Future”. Within the framework of the event, global gastronomic trends, the possibilities of artificial intelligence for the hospitality industry, business scaling strategies, the reintegration of veterans into entrepreneurship, and the development of local products were explored.
