Depeche Mode Enthralled by Ukraine!
On July 19, the legendary Depeche Mode performed at the NSC Olimpiyskiy in Kyiv as part of the Global Spirit Tour. Ukraine was included in the Global Spirit Tour schedule! Without exaggeration, this was the most anticipated music event of the year for Ukrainian fans. The long-awaited concert was a huge success: more than 100,000 spectators at NSC Olimpiyskiy, an explosion of emotions, and high-quality music.
The legends energized Kyiv for the entire year. Thousands of fans and rock music lovers traveled to the capital on that day to experience the atmosphere and see their idols live. It became one of the largest Depeche Mode concerts in Eastern Europe over the past five years.
A concert of this scale at a massive stadium with more than 100,000 spectators is a real challenge for any security company. A huge crowd gathered in one place, charged with the powerful energy of their favorite band — and where emotions run high, anything can happen.
Thousands of people attended the concert. Along with devoted fans, many politicians, TV hosts, and well-known public figures were present — and without exception, everyone recognized this event as one of the best concerts ever held in Ukraine.
Public order around the stadium perimeter was maintained by the National Police of Ukraine.
