TopGuard at Smart Building Forum / Kyiv – Smart City and Technology Upgrade Forum!
We were honored to be invited to the Smart Building Forum Kyiv, where key trends in the use of smart technologies for ensuring public safety in shared spaces were discussed. These include retail stores, shopping and entertainment centers, mass events, educational institutions, and other public locations.
The main conclusion was that the use of smart technologies and equipment can significantly enhance safety; however, the critical factor remains effective response, prevention, and suppression of offenses. This requires professional security services and high-quality cooperation with law enforcement agencies.
It became evident to all forum participants that even the most advanced video systems and technical solutions cannot independently stop unlawful actions. Therefore, creating a safe environment requires two complementary components: the capabilities of modern technological solutions and qualified security personnel who ensure effective prevention and response.
The International Smart Building Forum has already been held for the seventh time. It covers a wide range of topics related not only to the implementation and development of technologies in cities, but also to the technological modernization of Ukraine’s infrastructure. This includes efficient use of resources, intelligent management systems, energy efficiency development, enhanced safety, and other aspects aimed at improving citizens’ quality of life and the overall development of the country.
The forum represents the only unified platform in Ukraine dedicated to Smart City topics, bringing together startups, local companies, and globally recognized brands in the smart technology market.
This is already the seventh forum held in Ukraine, gathering a wide audience: from consumers to CTOs of large companies, from developers to condominium associations, end users, market participants, and municipal representatives.
The forum features an exhibition area open to all guests and access to the business program for all non-profit organizations.
